I'm a elitist codger who hates change, so it makes me unhappy for no good reason. lord-of-shadow Send a noteboard - 23/09/2011 11:05:54 PM
Yeah.

On a more serious note, the technology is good, and the concept is revolutionary - it WILL change the way we interact with electronics. I have no doubt of that.

I'm not ready to embrace it yet though. I'll let the early adopters work out the kinks. And it poses serious challenges for internet infrastructure.

Play any PC game on your PC, Mac or tablet, regardless of specifications. Seriously. - 23/09/2011 08:02:37 PM 786 Views
Just one question: is your connection 10MB/sec or 10mbps? - 23/09/2011 11:05:30 PM 425 Views
I'm guessing 10 mbps; 10 MB/s is like 120 mbps *NM* - 24/09/2011 07:57:58 AM 213 Views
80, but close. 1 byte = 8 bits. 10 megabytes = 80 megabits. *NM* - 24/09/2011 05:03:39 PM 166 Views
The bandwidth is not a big deal above a certain threshold. - 24/09/2011 05:10:41 PM 408 Views
So how do you measure or check your latency? *NM* - 24/09/2011 09:14:30 PM 167 Views
Generally, go to speedtest.net - 29/09/2011 09:07:20 PM 376 Views
You're on the right track, but let me clarify a bit. - 30/09/2011 04:57:52 PM 351 Views

What about using the free system? - 24/09/2011 05:55:09 PM 424 Views
I don't need it. I am sitting at a PC powerful enough to play any of these games with no hitches. - 24/09/2011 06:25:36 PM 356 Views
It could still be useful to you, though. - 30/09/2011 05:15:48 PM 417 Views
