I'll give Star Wars: The Old Republic a try, although that's mroe professional curiosity and a desire to see what they've pulled off than any genuine interest in the game. I work for Warner Bros, so I get a free copy of Arkham City. I'll probably give it a try as well, although I wasn't enthralled by Arkham Asylum, so we'll see.

I'll probably pick up Assassin's Creed: Revelations, although my patience with Ubisoft's yearly releases is wearing thin.

Nothing else really comes to mind, at least not off the top of my head. There's tons of games that I'd enjoy playing, including a lot of smaller releases from this year that I haven't tried yet, just nothing else in the must-have category.
