Honestly, I wasn't even thinking of that specific case. If you prefer, I can make up a different scenario where someone sues the electrical company for not putting a label on their sockets that sticking a fork in them is a bad idea? I wasn't aware of the specifics of the original scenario, but I wasn't really thinking of that specific case regardless.
