Microsoft has confirmed that all Xbox One games will require mandatory installation onto the system's hard drive and, to install the same disc onto another user's drive, a fee must be paid, this is expected to be the same as the original price. In short, no more pre-owned games, HDDs full of crap, need to log onto their servers once a day or cannot use your paperweight.
