A well appointed PC is of course the best way to experience the game, both in graphics, speed, and responsiveness. PS3 has been rated as a better experience than 360 because the game better utilizes the PS3s blue ray drive. The 360, says the reviews, suffers from some of the condensed nature of the DVD delivery disc.

I've seen that in 3 or 4 of the early reviews.
