She gave me Eye of the World when I was a child. I don't think she even made it to Path of Daggers. Same for A Song of Ice and Fire (I was substantially older by that point ). I don't know if she made it past book three.

Also, she reads series out of order and can't remember any of the names of any of the characters after six months. Maddening.
