Episode 1 was last night, let's get a discussion going.
Arya - badass or what?
Dany arrives at Dragonstone
Cersei and Jaime admit, no Lannister dynasty
Sam not having fun in Oldtown
etc.
I thought that the next stop on the Arya Vengeance Tour was good. It makes sense that she would stay with the Frey's. After all, she was already there. What I was wondering about was if she freed her Uncle & Wife? If not, she left him there. He either starves to death, or the Frey women free him. Either way, he's going to find out that the North Remembers. That should get some interesting rumors going.
Danny gets home. Good scene. Let's see if they can actually keep up the momentum. They have a ton of people, and if I remember the books well enough, Dragonstone is almost exclusively supplied with food from the mainland (as it was not a self-sustaining island) So we'll see.
I'm calling this now....Jaime is going to kill Cersei. When his back is to the wall, he does what he needs to do. He killed the Mad King because he wanted to "burn them all". Well, his own sister just nuked the church full of people who were against her, as well as all sorts who were just there. Besides making enemies from several notable families at the same time. Oh, and her son kills himself, and she's on the verge of not caring about that in the least. She's gonna start down an even more destructive path...and Jaime is going to end it, and welcome in Danny. That way, he goes home, and the Lannisters are out.
Poor Sam. Granted, he finally got at the books, and managed one bit of Intel. Sadly enough, is is needed at the wall, and Maester training is long. So either he ditches the school and goes up North, or he's gonna miss all the action.
Let's see....speculation on the "gift" from Greyjoy. The show is going to introduce the "Controls Dragons" horn. nods

I hope it will be the horn. Because TV-only people are assuming the gift will be Tyrion. This would be a good misdirection.
