This one is "Summertime Blues" IDK who wrote or originally recorded it, but I've heard several versions.

Yep. Written and performed first by Eddie Cochran but at least two other versions were bigger hits.



I am familiar with the song, but have no clue what it is called.
It was originally and old blues song if that helps. Covered by a rock band in the early 70's.

Byrds is correct. Written and first done by Pete Seeger. I'm sure you know the one above it.
