I don't know the context of this, but if your body isn't setting off a metal detector with feces inside of your intestines, I don't know how fecal matter outside the body would set it off.

Of course, if you're iron levels are too high, you'll be constipated as hell, so there is that. 
What is the metallic content of feces?

I suppose if you ate metal it would be high. Otherwise, about the same as your body.
