Have call them me to rent some PIM equipment to test for passive intermodulation and that should help. About two years ago AT&T stopped testing for that on their LTE networks and it one of the reasons Verizon is pulling ahead further ahead of them in quality of service. Not to mention costing me a lot in lost commission.
