I'd feel the same. It's a tough spot to be in.
But, your wife wouldn't want you to be alone. I can't imagine someone who loved you would. Let that be your guide. Would someone who loved you want you to take care of your needs. If yes, then you're not dishonoring her. You're taking care of yourself which is what she would want. She was your love, she only wants your happiness.
