Suggesting that only one of all the news outlets reporting on this actually bothered to read the full article in question.

both websites are only interested in reactionary right wing politics. campus reform by trying to turn universities into bastions of right wing politics, and judicial watch by trying to turn the federal and state judiciaries into bastions of right wing politics. neither is reputable as any kind of source unless you are a right winger who needs confirmation bias.
