The allegations are over 40 years old and only one of the accusers (all of whom picked an extremely opportune time to come forward - where were they in the primary?) alleges anything that would be illegal. While he may be guilty, he should benefit from a presumption of innocence absent any evidence to the contrary, and accusations made in the waning days of a political campaign should always be treated with MASSIVE skepticism. As I said, it's not like there was anything stopping the accusers from speaking up weeks earlier, or months earlier, or (in this case) decades earlier.
