I agree - where were they then? On the other hand, I guess theoretically some of them might have become uncomfortable when he moved to the national stage but not bothered when he was at the state level. I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Even according them that level of deference, though, they should have said something in the primary.

The entire accusation circus became a witch hunt a long time ago. Some woman now accused Dustin Hoffman of grabbing her ass and - God forbid! - talking about sex around her. I have zero sympathy for her. The response the former is a hearty slap if it's unwanted, the response to the latter is to either say, "I don't want to talk about that with you" or leave the room, or whatever.

At this point I think we're hitting a lot of attention-seekers.
