Gloom or Melancholy would probably be better words, but I can't put my finger on the word I can "feel" inside my head but I can't remember yet it feels on the tip of my tongue.

(Damn my dyslexia, this is another thing it causes besides frustrations with reading.)

I still have hope though, I just do not invest my hope in things that I feel are overly and heavy handed created by executives, producers, etc. I still have faith in smaller things, things that are more organic. It is about a different subject completely but I am reminded of a Ben Thompson exponent episode for what I am trying to describe.

Then he shifts to culture and how culture is important to start ups, and then shifts again to how Uber is now in a situation where the culture is different for the incentives between the startup company and the people who invest in start ups are different.
