Obama delivered on half of his campaign promises, and delivered compromises on another quarter.
Trump so far has delivered on a few, is working on half of his promises, while about a quarter are stalled.
As for George W Bush, I don't know much of what he campaigned on, but No Child Left Behind and his tax cuts send to have been major promises that he followed through with.
