See link below - rather depressing read, especially considering the way Anthem has been mentioned for years now as the main reason why BioWare gave up on ME Andromeda DLCs, stopped putting much effort into SWTOR and didn't get very far yet on Dragon Age 4. Although the article does make it easier to understand how a game that cannibalized so much of BioWare's time and attention can be released in such a state and to such poor reviews.

And yeah, EA doesn't come out of this looking too good either, as usual.

Still, I guess the ending is carefully hopeful - they might still turn Anthem around somewhat and use it as a launching pad to make a remarkable Dragon Age 4. Or so I hope.
