And since that term could be interpreted two ways, both of which are very commonly encountered in today's politics, I'll clarify that it's generally used for people who are described as overreacting to Trump and attacking him even for the smallest or silliest things.

I'm not sure what the common alternative term is for the other interpretation, Trump followers who have gotten so deranged that they will justify and approve of just about anything he does and says, however offensive or however anathema to what were supposed to be their conservative or Christian ideals.
