Now I have no clue how much of this is Stephen Miller (we do know for a fact that he wrote / help wrote the speech), for there are dozens of horrible people in Trump's white house, and he is not the only bad apple.
Regardless Stephen Miller likes treating everything as a nail, and he has a single type of hammer to smash things.
