When you're on a crowded train in NYC there's a higher percentage of getting anything compared to driving by oneself. And NYC has the highest percentage of people taking mass transit. It obviously also depends on how people are protecting themselves, how they are buying groceries, where they are going, etc. But from the photos Ive seen of NYC, I am expecting NYC itself to have the worst time in absolute numbers compared to some other places in the US that will also have a bad time of it.
