I must say, I'm a bit relieved to see the first post about "Plandemic" here isn't one touting it as the real explanation for the situation.

As for why Bill Gates... He's been vocal about what needs to be done. And he's fabulously wealthy, so it's easy to imagine him using his money to do all sorts of nefarious things.
