Whether it happens this year, or in the future when the Dems get control of the Senate, I think the Court's days as a 9 member body are numbered, and the article below is one of the better distillations of the thinking that will lead to it.

Given that more sane and reasonable suggestions like term limits, or even a rotating bench (less sure about this) will require a Constitutional Amendment, and that would essentially require the GOP to mutually disarm during a war they're currently winning, this seems to be the only recourse left to deal with the absurd bait-and-switch from 2016 to 2020 by the GOP.

Is there another feasible alternative?
