How are you managing with the power outages? I assume it's worse in the Dallas area than in the Houston area but maybe not? Are the temperatures where you are a big problem?

Hope you're doing okay.
My parents (who left NYC 11 years ago to live in Dallas) have both power and water in their section of Dallas. No outages yet!
