The Tower looks radically different from what I imagined, or how the book describes it. Tar Valon, and the Hall of the Tower, on the other hand, look spot on.
Someone pointed out on another site that the Tower is described in the books as wide as well as tall.
Siuan looks way over dressed for this stage in her life, but I guess I can forgive them that.

Agree. You have to show the weaves somehow. This was as good as one could hope.
ETA: I will say, it IS nice to see a fantasy show trailer that is multi-ethnic. It's always weird when just white people are involved in what is supposed to be the end of the "world" in other shows.
The books were multi-ethnic so the adaptation would have to be as well.
Maybe not so much in the composition of the Two Rivers population, but that isn't any sort of an issue. I'm more disturbed by the hideous Waygate in the middle of nowhere.
