Did see some nerds in other nerds spaces (not facebook) were sitting on their hands right before the trailer drop hoping it would be good.
Some of the scenes are literally storyboarded and filmed after similar art I was familiar with from the 00s, thus it is an uncanny valley type effect since I can see how the sausage is getting made yet it is so long ago that I can not quite place the image for half a dozen scenes with it being this specific artist on this website, or this blog, or this deviantArt and so on.
Is this Old-Man-Itis?
The first trailer for Amazon's WOT series was released today.

Tar Valon looks too much like Gondor/Osgiliath. Not a big deal though.
