I think they did a voice over for the trailer you're referring to just for stage setting. Some of those shots are pulled from the scene depicted in the Winespring Inn clip and they don't play out the same way. Namely, Lan enters first, announces her as Moiraine, someone else recognizes the ring and adds on the Sedai when speaking to her.
