One minor edit needed, Thom's escapades were in the court of Caemlyn, not Cairhien.
King Galldrian might argue otherwise.
But actually this might be one of those things that got edited. In the original edition of tSR, Moiraine says Thom was known as the Grey Fox in the court of Cairhien. I didn't even realize that had been changed, like the number of Mat's sisters or Aviendha's statement about a bridal wreath...
