D - Diversity of characteristics in pursuit of homogeneity of thought

E - Equity, or the hobbling of high output (because it is difficult if not impossible to improve low output) in pursuit of equalization

I - Inclusion, or exclusion of unsanctioned ideas in pursuit of bringing minds under one umbrella

Diversity training is by design aimed at polarizing people into converts and malcontents. It's more than just a check box. It's an intentionally messy way of exacerbating cultural variety to maintain strife between people, and keep our natural fear of what's different on a simmer of discontent.

As such, it will continue. And it will get worse.
