I guess just based on Laika. Anyway, if it spoke, I would have expected a Russian accent.
Disney MCU pretty much convinced me that it really doesn't like me or care to entertain me. Growing up, I always wanted to see my comic heroes on the big screen and they made that dream come true, which was awesome while it lasted. Then it mostly ended (for me) after the last Spider-man movie.
Now they're replacing all the male heroes with female versions (following the footsteps of something Marvel -and DC, which I never really cared for- often did) and it's mostly not for me. They could have re-cast any actor who died, wanted to quit, or just wanted more money
I haven't watched the last few movies, though they're sitting there on Disney+ waiting to be watched for free, but I might watch this one. I wasn't really looking forward to it. At this point I'm kind apathetic about new superhero movies, which is probably NOT what Disney wants, but they seem to be aiming for an entirely different demographic. I'm not sure that demographic exists, or that it will go watch their new movies a couple of times like I did for their Phase 1 - Phase 3 stuff and buy their shows on DVD like I did.
I'm a bit worried that Deadpool 3 is going to be ruined by Disney, and almost certain that the new Ahsoka series is going to ruin the best character (my favorite character, anyway) in the Star Wars franchise, which will be a bummer. Ashoka is going the way of Obi Wan and Boba Fett, probably.
So... Star Wars, Marvel, Star Trek, Lord of The Rings, Wheel of Time, Indiana Jones. All going (or gone) to pot. The new stuff is just obviously not for me. I can always re-watch the old stuff that I like, I guess. Well, except for maybe Star Trek, that lives inside a streaming service I'm not super interested in paying for.
