The thing that frustrates me is people speaking and doing the genie trick, of wishing their wish becomes a universal law. God I hate when people do that, including myself from time to time

And the thing that gets my goat is when people play fantasy nonsense wishing the world is flat, that a single tale can be told. The world does not work that way. You can not have a simple world of good and bad guys like you said a binary thinking in your first post. The world does not work that way.

I also have I and Thou by Martin Buber on my reading list, but my brain has not been in a headspace good for reading with responsibilities but also the world being what it is.
