is Kieron Gillen (who I like) is using some of the image signifiers of the 3 body problem in his 2024 X-Men and somehow it feels off, and creepy

yet creepy that feels like the systems do not mesh well

( a god like being writing on a sky similar to the 3 body problem writing on peoples eyes )

Is it writing on people's eyes if you let them see something no one else can see? The Sophons do that, but they also write on the sky and on all forms of electronic media.

and it feels off for it is like an unfamiliar thing being added to a familiar house, something strange, weird, and uncanny

and I totally get this is the vibe, but my brain knows it came from this book now tv series laughs (i see where he got it from)
