I simply don't share Greg and Tom's near-certainty that Trump will easily sail to victory. I think we are going to begin to see severe psychiatric repercussions from the assassination attempt. I think we have begun to see them already. I'm not gleeful over that, but the fact of the matter is that people who are shot at, especially people who are shot at and hit, are extremely likely to develop PTSD.

Yeah I agree with you. I can see a path to victory for both candidates that will likely be determined by whomever fucks it up the worst. If PTSD causes Trump to lean into his Bad Trump persona even more than usual, I could see that as becoming a fatal flaw.
