My stupid Chiefs made the playoffs (again) and won the AFC championship (again) and now they're going to the Super Bowl (again).

Which is really inconvenient for me, because I'm going to be in Colorado, surrounded by Broncos fans, on Superbowl Sunday on a ski trip, so I'm going to have to stop skiing early (stupid Mountain time) and get back to the rental cabin to watch the game on a TV of dubious quality (will I even have DVR pause/rewind capability?) and somehow make do without excellent Superbowl snacks, my comfy chair, my animals, etc. I'm going to be tired from skiing all day.

I mean really, can something just go my way? For once?


Maybe they'll bump you up to a cabin with a good TV.
