I know ninjas are rare, but is it true that there used lots and lots of them, before humanity invented cars and highways, where suddenly stealth provided an evolutionary disadvantage? Hundreds of drivers claiming "Honestly officer, I didn't even see that guy until he was pasted all over my grill!"

While on the surface, this appears to make sense, the reality is different. When a ninja’s precognitive abilities are fully functional, a state referred to as, “the shining path,” they are able to foresee and hence avoid such dangers. So, in a Darwinian manner, those eliminated in the scenario you describe are the weak and less skilled.

Hope this helps.
