I'd say the first 4 seasons are excellent TV. Maybe the best.
Each consecutive season becomes worse.
I'd say it's worth it, but if you could watch the first 5 and stop you'd be doing yourself a favor.

Stuff I've watched relatively lately that is pretty good:

Ted Lasso: This show is great. I hope the new season lives up to the first three.

You should try Stranger Things.

There's an Australian series on Hulu called "Mr. Inbetween". Great stuff, and easy to binge: 30 minute episodes, about 9 episodes a season for 3 seasons.


On the same subject a question from me to anyone following this thread - I never watched Game of Thrones. I know the first seasons are good, and the later seasons were hated. On balance, should I watch it or just not bother?
