The way I do it, at least, is I just don't reveal any special lynch effects, they reveal themselves through how they react with the game - that is, double votes are detectable because the Day ends one vote early, or blocked votes are detected because the day doesn't end despite the supposed vote count being reached.

Of course, since ranagrande has removed you from the vote tally directly, I imagine he does it differently, so your plan might work. If so, then that leaves only Kylia and Hobo, since Artsapat and BlackAdder are already voting for Isaac.
