It's really not that hard to post a little bit every day, or every other day. I tend to do Mafia posts either during my break at work, or at home while doing a short surfing session.


Part of it is that this latest game is just really big, I think. People should only commit to play if they're confident they can post, on average, at least once a day. (Note that that's an average- I'm not saying punt a player if they're away for the weekend, or RBIRL, but in general, I don't think that that's a lot to ask).

Mod deadlines... I dunno. I think they should be used only if the conversation is slowing down. If the debate is flying fast and furious, it's probably ok to run with it.
