At least in part, quick reminder regarding VOTF you only get a pass if I do something that that demonstrably makes me a threat in the current game, so the RC I'm about to make won't qualify.

I can not cast the hammer vote, I will keep whether or not I have anything else secret for now but I can't hammer, I have no restriction (currently) discussing it so I am willing to demonstrate if anyone really demands it. Just to emphasize, this doesn't give a pass on VOTF because I'm claiming a role power that weakens me relative to a Vanilla and hardly proves me town, after all an inability to hammer would be a real good restriction for a scummer if you were worried you'd slightly over-powered them, it's a good role if you want everyone to have something, and it's a good tack on if you want to slightly weaken a power role. Again, not a pass on VOTF, the claim does not meet a reasonable standard of in game threat, and if you don't know what I'm talking about ask, there's not much point having a deterrent if you don't advertise it

Okay, so what's that tell us? First, it's a strong indicator we are heavily roled, second, while many roles tend to counter-indicate parallel roles being in play, things like mason obviously indicate other masons in play. In my opinion, role effectors do not indicate other role effectors aren't in play and often indicate that others are, so we may easily have other role effecting abilities in play, town, scum, or other. Double voters, vote stealers, negaters, players with lower or higher numbers to lynch, etc. So we're probably role heavy or all roled and we need to keep a sharp eye on the vote record.

A quick sidenote: We've had a strong tendency toward lurking and post-slumping the last few games and we also have the holidays coming up, with finals for our many student players, so we're probably see a lot of RBIRL, we really need everyone to make an effort to stay active to help counteract all the very legitimate absences we'll see this next month, personally I'll be aiming for a faster more reckless style hence RCing in whole or part right away

Okay, we need questions, but I'm not an anime expert so its hard for me to see the safe areas, we need to pick our phrasing and so I'm going to throw out some questions and ask people to try to find a safe phrasing, the first two should be fine as is but the others will probably need some touching up:

1. Are you an anime character?

2. Are you, yourself, knowledgeable of anime, on a scale of 1-10 with 1 being 'what's anime?' and 10 being the anime equivalent of 'In episode 6, season 2 of Space Trek Captain Smith clearly hits the wrong sequence of keys to talk to the Engineer Murphy on the intercom', in other words, 9-10 would be übergeek with focus on anime.

3. Are you blatantly good or more grey-to-evil?

4. Are you mostly human male, or human female, or other?

5. Are you essentially from a 'modern setting'?

6. Is your character basically matched to your abilities? vanilla should yes

You can answer those first two now, they seem safe enough, I am an anime character and personally I'm fairly unfamiliar with anime, seen a few, not a fan, but have vicarious knowledge from many friends who are, so I'd rate myself as a 3 of 10, and I never heard of my character before my RM, but said character does actually have their own individual entry on wiki, which admittedly doesn't mean much.
