The way intiative worked was that Isaac took the SECONDS from the NB you sent him, and treated that as the time.

So, if you sent him a NB saying you visit Sheridan, and you send it at 09:34:26, then he assumes you show up at minute 26 (I think he was working within an hour). If you sent the NB at 12:17:50, then you show up at minute 50.


So, the fact that ranagrande hasn't posted much this game doesn't have any bearing on if he arrived first or last.
