On the issue of the Kel-Morian assets, with 17 votes for, 26 votes against and 8 abstentions, MacMaster's proposal is rejected. The Kel-Morian assets will be made available to respected Confederate entrepreneurs for investment during the next auction phase.
On the issue of the proposed quarantine of Brontes, with 15 votes for and 36 against, the quarantine is rejected. Traffic to and from Brontes may continue as usual.
