I believe the accusation here is that he believes you are overreacting, which only makes sense if his random brainstorming was correct and you wanted to silence him for coming on to this hidden truth.

Except it makes no sense, because even if he were right, neither multiple scum factions nor multiple serial killers would have any reason to believe the others exist. There is no reason for the mod to give out this information. You would have no way of knowing that beet "stumbled upon the truth".
