I guess a majority of the Dutch would without doubt classify Finland as Scandinavian, and we are a lot closer than Ohio . I would not, but I am a geography teacher. In my field of work Finland is often referred to because of their education system which is very different from ours. The annoying thing is that the finnish children and students have a lot less hours in school, but they score a lot better on international tests (the infamous PISA-scores), in fact they score highest of all the western countries..for years now.
