A fake cop fake claiming could do the same thing, but on consideration I think that almost all cases would be denied, I will not at this time flat-out rule no one as RBIRL would be able to gain an exception, but I think in most cases they would have themselves de-counted from the vote and the VNTL. I tihnk if someone specifically said "I'll be gone for four day, I'm voting for John Doe" I would leave them in play, there role or reason are fairly irrelevant, the exceptions more in the nature of people who will just be edging over 72 hours.



Then a lynch would occur as soon as I noticed it, whether by scanning it or having someone point it out to me.

Example: John Doe has 9 votes on him and is L-1 with 18 active players, Bob goes RBIRL for a week and has not voted for John Doe, at the 72 hour mark, if nothing has changed, John Doe would die. This is a major reason for the 72 hour marker. It is also why the de-vote and de-count from VNTL are simultaneous, let say Kate was voting for John and went RBIRL, at 72 hours she'd de-vote, placing the count down to 8 as the VNTL drops to 17, no lynch would have occured.
