Think about it. As others had said they are put under heavy scrutiny. It's not like they could drastically change things and if they really try to invoke their powers, they will be called out on why they did that. They will be questioned. It actually puts much more pressure on them to go with the crowd. What I'm saying is we can look at how whoever holds this power behaves. Course none of us could say "I'm a DF, give it to me!" But I'm saying lets look at those who are prob light and pick somebody else. This early in the game, an action like this doesn't have a terrible effect yet we can maybe look at people more specifically. Their actions today might have ramifications to be used in later days.
