Here is the info the 3 Saldaeans have given us about themselves:

Bergioyn - Saldaean noblewoman. Red head in green dress (female).

Fox and Ravens - Saldaean minor noble, unknown purpose for summons. Brown hair, brown eyes, dresses in black and red, hides a dagger up his sleeve. Has claimed to not be the Saldaean man in the Lunch interlude.

Yunalesca - Saldaean local noblewoman. Dark slightly gray hair, pale red dress.

It can't be Hieshyn since he was escorted away before the lunch.
So, either this guy is some stranger who magically appeared or one of the Saldaeans is lying about their description. I think it's the latter, of course
