Saywer told Jack to push UnLocke into the water, right? After all we assumed he could not switch islands across water and all. So Jack pushes him in and he just climbs back out

True, there has to be more in store for Kate and Claire. Kate is not even a candidate anymore. Is she just kept around because she is a pretty love interest? I think Claire may be opposing UnLocke in the end, after all.
