I agree with Jens about Rhodey. I almost mentioned it to my dad, which is pretty big because I never speak during movies (unless someone is talking to me to the point that I can no longer enjoy it, or if I've seen it so many times that I can practically quote the entire thing).
Unfortunately for me, I finished my large fountain pop before the movie started, not to mention two coffees and a bottle of water (because I worked in the morning), and a can of pop. Needless to say, I couldn't hold it in through the whole thing.
But you know a movie's engaging when you'd rather wait until your bladder's about to explode than get up partway through to use the washroom. I'm contemplating downloading it just to see those nearly ten minutes I missed (it was during Jens' "chatty" bit, I got back just in time for the action at the end).

I don't imagine I need to tell you they do the same with most other cultures. *NM*

I know. On the other hand, as movies become more global they should improve on that.

Why don't they just do like Team America and Durka Durka their way through the language. *NM*

Hollywood? Her character was named and introduced in Tales of Suspense in 1964.

Yeah, because Hollywood invented Vanko, Natasha, and Chekhov.

You bring up good points about Hollywood's idiocy generally. I don't disagree.

I didn't really mind Vanko wanting Stark dead, although it was pretty silly.
