So Jack is on his knees, with the guy about to execute him. They get a phone call...its President Taylor saying "Let him go." They comply. She & Jack have a conversation, where Taylor is essentially saying "run"....she tells him that Russia will certainly be hunting Jack...and the US will have to as well. There is one last conversation between Jack & Chloe (very heartfelt), and then it ends.
All the terrorists/dirty government agents that got immunity and Jack got screwed big time. Again.
So believe it or not...that is the short version. Plenty of stuff went down in the last 2 hours. It was good...if rushed.
It was a decent episode. I enjoyed it until Jack was told to run because the US government would be after him. I would have bought the Russians would be after him and thus he had to run (same as the Chinese in Seasons 4 & 5), but Taylor should have helped him with the last of her time in office. That was major bull.
