...Rory will be back somehow. Which is a shame and not a shame. A shame because death and rebirth is criminally abused in Sci-fi TV, and not a shame because I quite liked Rory and it was a pretty wank death scene.

Alternatively Amy could discover Rory is dead and push the doctor into the crack so that he ceases to exist, thereby never showed up and never impacted on their lives, so Rory never died. The resultant reality implosion of the Dr not exitsing and his thread being removed from time causes a 2nd big bang in the universe...but that'd probably be a tad too complicated, if very cool.
