Thanks for doing all that.
Welcome!
I agree with you on there being more than one Doctor running about, the Flesh and Stone discrepancies are simply to unlikely to have been a mistake (at no other stage in the scenes shot at the forest location is the Doctor wearing a jacket).
Yeah. The scene is framed to show this and let us figure it out, without being obvious. It's well done, and is almost certainly deliberate.
I also agree that it is likely that the second Doctor is using the cracks to move about. This could account for the phrase "The Doctor in the TARDIS doesn't know". The Angels and Prisoner Zero know that there are two Doctors running around, one who knows what is happening (The Doctor using the cracks) and one who does not (The Doctor in the TARDIS). I also believe the second Doctor grabbed the first's hand and placed the TARDIS fragment in it.
Also agreed. As I said to Camilla, it's an interesting phrase, and the fact that it's used twice from different sources indicates that it might mean something specific. This explanation fits.
I like the idea of the Jacket Doctor grabbing our Doctor's hand and giving him the TARDIS fragment. I think Brad mentioned that possibility too. It would fit well with everything else we're theorizing, and it did seem as though something grabbed the Doctor when he stuck his hand in the crack.
As for what is in the Pandorica, I'm leaning towards some form or version of the Doctor (although I am probably wrong). It's just that several people involved with the show have said that the Pandorica contains the Doctor's worst nightmare and Amy's Choice would seem to indicate that the Doctor's worst nightmare is a version of himself.
I like the idea, even though, as you said, it's probably not right. But I still like it. I'm excited to see what's in there.
